Wintura is an AI-powered proposal and Statement of Work (SOW) generator built specifically for marketing agencies. We help agencies respond to prospects in minutes instead of days.

What We Do

Marketing agencies spend 17-25 hours writing each proposal — researching, drafting scope, building timelines, calculating pricing, and formatting documents. Most of that time is unbillable. Wintura collapses that entire workflow into a single action: paste a client brief, and get a complete, branded proposal with scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and SOW in about 5 minutes.

Who We Serve

Wintura is built for small to mid-size marketing agencies (3-15 employees) that offer services like SEO, PPC management, social media marketing, web design, and content marketing. Our AI understands industry-standard deliverables, timelines, and pricing structures for each of these service types.

Our Technology

Wintura uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate proposal content. Unlike generic AI chatbots, our system has agency-specific domain knowledge baked into every generation — it understands what a 6-month SEO retainer looks like, what PPC management deliverables include, and how to structure pricing tables that win clients.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your client information with other users. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

Wintura is an independent software product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) in any way. The name "Wintura" is derived from the Latin word breve, meaning "brief" or "short" — reflecting our mission to shorten the proposal creation process. We are a separate company serving a different market (marketing agencies, not email marketing).
