Settings is split into seven tabs at /dashboard/settings. Each has its own deep link via ?tab=<id>.
Profile (?tab=profile)
Agency name, website, services offered, default hourly rate, business address, tax info, and invoice defaults. The agency name flows into proposal cover headers, footer "Prepared by", and transactional emails.
Branding (?tab=branding)
Logo, primary/secondary colors, body text color, background color, font family, and proposal template style. See Customizing your agency branding for the deep dive.
Team (?tab=team)
Invite teammates, assign roles (owner / manager / member). Invites send via email and the new user joins your agency on accept. Multi-user agencies share the same proposal pipeline, branding, and integrations.
Integrations (?tab=integrations)
Connect HubSpot to sync proposals as deals. More integrations on the roadmap — vote on what you need from this tab.
Advanced (?tab=advanced)
Pay-on-acceptance toggle, default payment terms, voice profile (how Wintura writes), and Stripe Connect setup for receiving deposits.
Billing (?tab=billing)
Plan, usage, invoices, Stripe Customer Portal. See Billing and upgrades.
Notifications (?tab=notifications)
Email digest cadence, per-event alert toggles (proposal opened, signed, payment received), and quiet hours.
Account (?tab=account)
Account-level settings and the danger zone. The "Delete my account" button permanently removes:
- Your user account
- Your agency profile and branding
- Every proposal and invoice
- Your subscription (cancelled immediately, no refund)
Deletion is irreversible. Type "delete my account" in the confirmation dialog to proceed. Admins are blocked from self-deletion to prevent accidental lockout.
