Customizing your agency branding

Last updated 2026-05-08

Branding lives at Settings → Branding. Anything you change there flows into every proposal you generate from then on.

Logo

Upload a transparent PNG or SVG, ideally 200–500px tall. The logo appears in the proposal cover header and in transactional emails sent to your clients.

If your file has padding baked in, crop it tight before uploading — the proposal canvas already adds breathing room.

Primary color

Default is Cobalt (#2563EB). This is the high-trust electric blue Wintura's design system uses by default. Pick a hex that matches your agency's identity — it shows up on:

  • The accent strip at the top of the proposal cover
  • Section headings
  • The "Sign" pill clients click to accept
  • Transactional emails

Avoid very pale colors (low contrast against white text) and pure neon (looks unprofessional in printed exports).

Secondary color & body text color

These default to neutral zinc tones and rarely need changing. Adjust only if your brand guidelines explicitly call for a custom heading or body color.

Background color

By default the proposal canvas is white. If you want a custom paper surface (e.g. a soft cream #FAF8F1 or a dark navy for night-mode proposals), set it here. The page background updates everywhere — preview, public link, and PDF export.

Font family

Pick a Google Font (DM Sans, Inter, Plus Jakarta Sans, etc.) or a custom font you've licensed. The font is embedded in the email and applied to the rendered proposal. PDFs use the same font for visual consistency.

Voice profile

Branding isn't just visuals. The Voice Profile tab teaches Wintura how to write — formal vs. friendly, detailed vs. punchy, "we" vs. "I". One run of the voice questionnaire and every future proposal sounds like you.
