Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan ships 3 proposals per month with rich text editing and PDF export. No credit card required to start.
What does the AI cost?
Per-proposal generation costs Wintura ~$0.30–$1 in Anthropic API charges. We absorb that cost on every plan. There are no per-generation surcharges to you.
Can I edit proposals after the AI generates them?
Yes. Every section is fully editable in a TipTap rich-text editor. You can also drag to reorder sections, add custom sections, change pricing, swap images, and adjust the cover header inline.
Does Wintura work for non-marketing agencies?
Yes. Wintura is built for any service business that bills by scope — consultants, contractors, freelancers, in-house service teams, video producers, web designers, legal advisors. Marketing agencies are the wedge audience because that's where most of our content and integrations are aimed, but the editor and generator work for any vertical.
Can clients sign without creating an account?
Yes. The proposal share link opens a public page where the client reads, comments, and signs. No login, no Wintura account needed on their side.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription cancels at period-end (you keep access until the next charge date), then drops to the Free plan. Your data stays. To fully delete, use Settings → Account → Delete account.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All connections are HTTPS, data at rest is encrypted, and we never share customer briefs or proposal content with third parties for training. AI generation goes through Anthropic, which contractually does not use API inputs for model training. See our Privacy Policy and DPA for the full breakdown.
Can I export to PDF?
Yes. Every proposal has a Print/PDF button that renders a high-fidelity PDF using the same branding as the share-link version. Available on every plan.
Do you support white-label?
The Agency plan removes the "Powered by Wintura" footer from all client-facing surfaces (proposal pages, invoice pages, transactional emails). Your clients see only your brand.
What integrations exist?
HubSpot CRM (sync proposals as deals) is live today. Stripe Connect (deposit collection at signing) is live on Growth+. More integrations are prioritized by votes — request via Settings → Integrations.
